2 – Avoid certain foods!
Eating too much fat, too sweet, too calorie is not good for good digestion.
Your first enemy are fatty foods, such as red meat, cheese, butter, deli meats, etc.
They take longer to digest and therefore stay longer in the stomach.
Mixing with other foods can also create digestive problems when they are not compatible with each other.
Other foods such as cabbage, onions, beans, white beans tend to ferment and can cause unpleasant bloating.
Finally, certain foods such as chocolate, spicy dishes, mint or citrus fruits can accentuate heartburn, if you are sensitive to heartburn, it is best to avoid these foods.
